TL;DR
VP, Client Development (eCommerce): Attracting and enrolling merchants into the eCommerce Solutions program with an accent on strategic prospecting and partner distribution. Focus on building a scalable sales pipeline, pitching digital merchants, and expanding the program through agency and platform partnerships.
Location: Must be based in the US near a Hub (Hybrid)
Salary: $110,000 - $185,000 Annual

What you will do
- Pitch eCommerce Solutions to prospective small and mid-size digital merchants to drive growth.
- Identify and partner with distribution partners like web agencies and nascent platforms to enroll merchants at scale.
- Manage the eCommerce funnel by establishing contact with and activating partial or dropped leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Gather competitive intelligence and relay learnings to Product teams to improve the solution.
- Lead and build a dedicated sales team as the program expands.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no sponsorship provided.
- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of equivalent professional work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing managing consumer finance or PLCC programs.
- 5+ years of experience in client management or retail management.
- Ability to travel occasionally as needed.

- Direct experience working with retailers or within the eCommerce sector.
- Proven track record in merchant and partner management.
- Owner mentality and a scrappy approach to problem-solving to drive business outcomes.
