What you will do

• Lead new business and scope opportunities from identification through final submittal and closure.
• Develop capture plans, win themes, and budgets for strategic pursuits.
• Create technical, financial, and commercial frameworks for winning proposals.
• Construct value propositions and business cases while serving as the primary client interface.
• Coordinate with Go-to-Market teams to ensure deliverables align with client needs.
• Analyze client feedback to identify and implement improvements for future programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of client-facing sales experience with technology or managed services deals.
• Strong background in cultivating opportunities via general contractors, consultants, and architects.
• Proven ability to manage senior-level client relationships through the entire sales cycle.
• Experience leading hirify.global teams in a matrixed environment.
• Expertise in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
