What you will do

• Drive US market entry from early strategy to hands-on execution.
• Build and execute hiring plans to source and close high-caliber talent.
• Support fundraising efforts, including preparation of materials and investor coordination.
• Establish the company's US presence, covering office setup, vendors, and operating structures.
• Manage external positioning, PR, partnerships, and key strategic relationships.
• Act as a central operator across teams to track priorities and resolve bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Background in MBB consulting, top-tier VC, or high-performance startup operating roles.
• Strong generalist profile capable of switching between strategy, hiring, and operations.
• Must be based in the United States to support hybrid work.
• High agency and ability to operate independently in high-ambiguity environments.
• Strong judgment and ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
• Clear and concise communication skills for senior stakeholders and external partners.
