What you will do

• Conduct hypothesis-driven analysis of workflows to identify high-ROI AI use cases and develop a prioritized roadmap aligned to company objectives.
• Design and execute rapid pilots with clear KPIs, iterate on results, and scale successful AI solutions into production.
• Establish adoption strategies including training, rollout plans, and KPI frameworks to track value realization.
• Partner with Legal, Security, and Compliance to define governance frameworks for data privacy, security, and vendor risk.
• Partner with functional leaders to redesign workflows, optimize tools, and deliver measurable productivity gains.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in high-performance environments such as management consulting, product strategy, product management, investment banking, or private equity.
• Proven experience implementing AI solutions into real-world workflows with measurable business impact.
• Strong operator mindset to move from strategy to execution, build business cases, and connect to financial outcomes.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and making high-stakes decisions independently.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, legal technology, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, LLMs, workflow automation tools.
• Experience leading organizational transformation or enterprise-scale digital initiatives.
• MBA or other advanced degree.
