What you will do

  • Deliver strategic reporting and insights on quota attainment, pipeline health, and win/loss trends, explaining the “why” behind the numbers.
  • Serve as the primary analytical point of contact for Sales Leadership globally, influencing commercial strategy and territory planning.
  • Collaborate across a remote-first, cross-functional environment to maintain a single source of truth for revenue data.
  • Build advanced data models to find correlations between business activities and long-term revenue growth.
  • Refine sales forecasting models and partner with FP&A to align sales expectations with financial reality.
  • Oversee Salesforce data integrity and provide architectural guidance to automate reporting and improve sales team usability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Commercial Finance with performance analysis experience.
  • Experience presenting and influencing senior stakeholders (e.g., Sales VP, Commercial MD, or C-level leadership).
  • Strong networking and communication skills in international/remote/hybrid settings.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel and Google Suite, plus strong CRM (Salesforce) experience; interoperability between Google Suite and Excel is required.
  • Advanced BI tool experience (Tableau or Power BI or similar) and preferred Spark SQL for Databricks.
  • Ability to understand the sales cycle and translate data into language that motivates sales teams, while reading P&L and Balance Sheet.
