What you will do

• Lead complex commercial negotiations and manage multi-million-dollar international contracts.
• Develop competitive pricing and remuneration models to maximize profitability and deliver client value.
• Implement commercial strategies for a global client portfolio, ensuring alignment with agency goals.
• Oversee contract compliance, financial reporting, and incentive management for assigned accounts.
• Act as the primary commercial advisor for global clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide Commercial Managers and Analysts to foster a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial management, client finance, or business affairs.
• Demonstrated track record of negotiating client contracts in a client-facing role.
• Expertise in financial performance management, including revenue, profit, and cash flow.
• Bachelor's degree or professional accounting qualification.
• Proficiency in Excel for financial modelling and data analysis.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
