What you will do

• Hold full P&L responsibility for the London market, overseeing a business approaching $100M in annual revenue.
• Lead and manage four local teams: Driver Operations, Quality & Training (Chauffeur Academy), Sales, and Marketing.
• Manage the offline product, including pricing, availability, and fleet composition.
• Drive business development by identifying and capitalizing on new expansion opportunities and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the central Product team to optimize the passenger and chauffeur experiences.
• Develop regulatory strategies for London's licensing environment and represent the company to press and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM or Economics from a leading university.
• 7-10 years of total experience, including 5+ years in investment banking, strategy consulting, or high-growth tech.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Must be based in Central London.
