Driver Quotation & Retentions Manager (Fleet/Finance): Leading and coordinating Retentions, New Business, and Cancellations teams to optimize the driver experience with an accent on operational excellence and team leadership. Location: Hybrid working in Watford (informal requirement to be in the office at least 3 days a week)

What you will do
- Lead and coordinate the Retentions, New Business, and Cancellations teams.
- Guide team leaders through complex customer interactions and operational challenges to ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor performance metrics and SLAs, using reporting and data to optimize efficiency.
- Develop a positive, high-performance culture across all managed teams.
- Address technical issues, complaints, and business obstacles promptly with practical solutions.
- Support the Department Head with strategic projects to improve efficiency, profitability, and productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in management and decision-making for customer-facing operational teams.
- Must be based in or be able to commute to Watford for a hybrid schedule (3 days/week).
- In-depth understanding of Salary Sacrifice products, BIK taxation, and VAT treatment in such schemes.
- Previous experience in customer service and telephone communication.
- Experience in the Fleet or Salary Sacrifice sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire team leaders.
