What you will do

  • Own and execute the EMEA sales strategy to drive pipeline generation, forecasting, and revenue growth.
  • Lead enterprise sales teams and secure new logo wins through competitive displacement of incumbent core platforms.
  • Act as the primary executive representative for the company with C-suite clients, partners, and analysts across EMEA.
  • Provide dotted-line oversight of regional marketing, delivery, customer success, and operations to ensure aligned execution.
  • Manage regional P&L and performance metrics, including bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with global product and engineering leaders to localize strategies and elevate execution quality.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior regional leadership or general management experience in enterprise software.
  • Proven success selling P&C insurance core platforms (Policy, Billing, Claims, Rating, Digital) across EMEA.
  • Strong network in the UK and major European markets, with experience in Reinsurance and London Markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to win large, multi-year core system transformation programs.
  • Expertise in positioning cloud-first, SaaS architectures against legacy platforms.
  • Willingness to travel 30–50% throughout EMEA.
