What you will do
- Drive China market entry from early strategy to hands-on execution.
- Build and execute initial hiring plans to source, engage, and close high-caliber talent.
- Support fundraising efforts through material preparation and coordination of investor conversations.
- Establish the company's presence in China, including office setup, vendor management, and operating structure.
- Manage external positioning by supporting PR, partnerships, and key strategic relationships.
- Act as a central operator to track priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and push progress across teams.
Requirements
- Background in MBB consulting, top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles.
- Ability to switch seamlessly between strategy, hiring, operations, and execution.
- High agency and the capacity to operate independently in highly ambiguous environments.
- Strong judgment to prioritize critical tasks and make decisions with incomplete information.
- Clear and concise communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders and external partners.
- High reliability with a consistent track record of delivery.
