Requirements

• Background in MBB consulting, top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles.
• Ability to switch seamlessly between strategy, hiring, operations, and execution.
• High agency and the capacity to operate independently in highly ambiguous environments.
• Strong judgment to prioritize critical tasks and make decisions with incomplete information.
