What you will do

• Lead diverse technology projects and software engineering team to deliver cloud-based solutions meeting business needs
• Collaborate with product managers on design, architecture, and delivery of robust systems
• Coach, mentor, and grow engineers while building high-impact teams
• Drive agile development, analytical methodologies, and continuous improvement in processes and practices
• Champion YBIYRI ethos including on-call rotation and end-to-end ownership
• Partner cross-functionally to align technical solutions with product roadmaps and business value

Requirements

• Proven leader skilled in developing people, building teams, and attracting talent
• Strong communicator influencing technical discussions and decisions
• Proficiency in software development lifecycle, Agile, and leading moderately sized projects
• Technical expertise to guide architecture, tradeoffs, and engineering excellence
• Experience operating Agile practices and data-driven methodologies

• Deep knowledge of AWS and Ruby/Rails tech stack
