What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design process for finance dashboards and reporting features from discovery to delivery.
• Translate complex financial and operational requirements into intuitive, user-friendly design solutions.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to inform design decisions and user journeys.
• Create advanced data visualizations and service blueprints for complex financial workflows.
• Produce high-fidelity prototypes and iterate based on user feedback and testing.
• Maintain and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with financial dashboards or data-heavy interfaces.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout and modern design workflows.
• Deep understanding of design thinking, research, ideation, and prototyping.
• Must be based in Germany (remote work is limited to the country of residence).

Nice to have

• Experience with financial SaaS products or specialized data visualization tools.
• Experience with vibecoding.
