What you will do

• Define a comprehensive design strategy for cash, high-yield, and credit accounts, as well as inter-account transfers.
• Lead end-to-end experience design, overseeing research, object modeling, interaction design, and UI for core financial products.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of senior and staff-level product designers across the Sydney and Singapore studios.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to embed design into early-stage product strategy and prioritize opportunities.
• Set and maintain a world-class standard for UX/UI quality in complex, data-rich screens across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Establish a foundational user experience for money movement that supports other product areas like spend management and billing.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product/UX design, with a focus on complex, system-heavy B2B SaaS or financial products.
• 4+ years of experience leading designers, including management of senior designers or design managers.
• Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and UX for data-heavy products and complex workflows.
• Proven ability to set vision, align stakeholders, and lead multi-quarter initiatives across multiple domains.
• Strong proficiency in partnering with user research and quantitative analysis to validate designs and measure impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for making complex financial concepts accessible.

Nice to have

• Experience working with API products and developer-facing experiences.
• Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
