What you will do

• Own research in key product and strategic areas, designing and delivering studies to answer business questions
• Build deep understanding of member behavior, needs, and motivations using mixed qualitative and quantitative methods
• Select appropriate research approaches like interviews, usability testing, surveys, segmentation, and market analysis
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights that shape product, marketing, and commercial decisions
• Create compelling storytelling to engage cross-functional audiences
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to inform priorities and roadmaps
• Share knowledge and best practices to strengthen the research practice

Requirements

• Strong experience in UX research and market or behavioural research
• Confidence in independently designing and running research studies with various methods
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, practical insights
• Experience influencing product teams through evidence-based decisions
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiences
• Curiosity to tackle ambiguous problems and collaborative mindset
