What you will do

• Define a clear design strategy for global e-commerce, point-of-sale, and risk-critical payment experiences.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to embed design early in the product strategy and problem framing.
• Oversee end-to-end experience design, including research, object modeling, interaction design, and UI.
• Maintain a world-class standard for UX/UI quality in complex, data-rich screens across desktop and mobile.
• Manage and develop senior and staff-level product designers across London and Singapore design studios.
• Establish a scalable user experience foundation for moving money to support other product areas.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product/UX design with a focus on complex, system-heavy products like B2B SaaS or fintech.
• 4+ years of experience leading designers, including management of senior designers or design managers.
• Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and UX for complex workflows and data-heavy products.
• Proven ability to set vision, align stakeholders, and lead multi-quarter initiatives across multiple domains.
• Experience using user research and quantitative analysis to inform design decisions and measure impact.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities and ambiguous constraints.

Nice to have

• Background working with API products and developer-facing experiences.
• Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
