What you will do

• Lead the regional Technology & Life Sciences business, ensuring high-quality delivery across contract, permanent, and project/SOW solutions.
• Set and execute a regional growth strategy aligned with UK&I Technology priorities.
• Own commercial performance, including regional P&L, budgets, forecasting, and risk management.
• Build and develop high-performing leadership and recruitment teams to create a strong succession pipeline.
• Drive new business growth and account expansion as a senior escalation point for strategic clients.
• Ensure service excellence in compliance, systems, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading and developing regional technology and/or life sciences recruitment teams.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire, engage, and develop large, high-performing teams.
• In-depth market expertise within the STEM landscape.
• History of growing and deepening relationships with both existing and new strategic clients.
• Must be based in or able to work within the Northern Ireland & ROI region.
