What you will do

• Develop and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders from Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing startups.
• Identify and headhunt mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals through proactive outreach.
• Own the full recruitment cycle, including introductions, interviews, offer negotiation, and post-placement support.
• Utilize best-in-class technology and data to track market trends and sharpen candidate outreach.
• Negotiate service agreements and act as a strategic talent partner for your specialist sector.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London
• Education: Degree of 2:1 or above, or 2+ years of experience in a sales environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt style to different stakeholders.
• Proven work ethic demonstrated through academics, sports, or previous internships.
