What you will do

• Lead and motivate the Regional Talent Acquisition team to fulfill full-cycle recruiting efforts.
• Implement the Global Talent Acquisition vision and roadmap using internal resources and external vendors.
• Drive the adoption of AI and automation tools to increase efficiency and scalability in hiring.
• Partner with HR Business partners and senior leaders to align recruitment with long-term talent planning.
• Analyze TA metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for business outcomes.
• Manage resource plans and budgets to achieve recruitment goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in full-cycle global recruitment.
• Prior experience in a management or team lead role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of current employment regulations and compliance.
• Proven track record of using social networking and specialized sourcing strategies.
• Must be based in Poland or the United Kingdom.
