What you will do
- Execute a robust hiring plan for tech, sales, and delivery roles across the UK and South Africa.
- Build and manage the end-to-end recruitment engine, including direct sourcing and process design.
- Partner with Senior Leadership and manage external recruitment agencies to ensure quality and speed.
- Design scalable onboarding plans and track new hire success in collaboration with People Operations.
- Strengthen the employer value proposition and candidate experience across all regions.
- Implement a data-driven recruitment process to track and improve hiring metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a proven track record in technical hiring.
- Ability to assess fullstack developer CVs and conduct credible technical screening calls.
- Strong proactive sourcing background and experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret hiring metrics into action plans.
- Experience in multi-market hiring, specifically within the London and Cape Town markets.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Background in both in-house and agency/executive search environments.
- Experience with HR systems like Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, or SmartRecruiters.
- Proven track record of hiring "A-Players" and optimizing employer branding.
- Curiosity and experience with AI tools for recruiting efficiency.
