What you will do

• Execute executive search projects to identify and qualify candidates for Private Equity mandates.
• Manage all stages of the search process to ensure high-quality client delivery and execution.
• Conduct comprehensive market mapping and research to create strategic source lists.
• Communicate with candidates and coordinate their journey throughout the search engagement.
• Prepare high-level client-facing documentation, including candidate appraisals and progress reports.
• Identify and support the conversion of new business development opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Executive Search.
• Undergraduate degree required; MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
• Must be based in the UK Office.
• Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills.
• Ability to deliver professional presentations to executive-level clients.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
