What you will do

• Own full lifecycle recruitment process for large volume of senior engineering roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and org leaders on recruiting strategies and influence as needed.
• Manage recruiting funnels in Ashby with diligence.
• Proactively source and recruit top talent.
• Introduce and own talent projects to optimize efficiencies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high growth tech companies, focused on Research, MLE, and Engineering.
• Experience managing high volume senior level recruiting desk at hyper growth startup/scale-up.
• Creative problem solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Strong ability to excel in rapidly evolving ambiguous environments.
• Natural entrepreneur, influencer, and cross-functional collaborator.
