What you will do

• Develop, implement, and deliver scalable Agentic AI services, including AI Copilots, assistants, chatbots, and RAG solutions.
• Lead the design, development, and quality strategy for enterprise-grade scalable data services.
• Drive long-term design strategies and provide technical feasibility analysis for sophisticated projects.
• Partner with cross-functional teams of Data Scientists, ML engineers, and UX experts to build the CLAIRE Agentic Data Management framework.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and collaborate with support and customers to ensure stability.
• Drive technical knowledge sharing and mentor staff across different engineering organizations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building highly scalable SaaS applications or platforms.
• Deep expertise in Model Architectures, AI Systems, and orchestration for large-scale production.
• Proficiency in distributed systems, Kubernetes, multithreading, concurrency, and event-driven architecture.
• Advanced experience in Context Engineering, designing Agentic Experiences and RAG solutions.
• Strong coding proficiency in Java (including JVM tuning) or Python.
• Experience implementing AI Trust Layers to ensure security and block prompt injections.

Nice to have

• Expertise in designing and implementing real-time data pipelines for high-scale AI products.
• Familiarity with PySpark for distributed computing tasks within AI pipelines.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and end-to-end service ownership.
