What you will do

• Architect, develop, and deploy AI agents and copilots that augment employee workflows.
• Own end-to-end AI systems from concept to production, including model selection and retrieval strategies.
• Build scalable and maintainable RAG and context pipelines to provide high-quality grounding.
• Implement orchestration layers to minimize error amplification and prevent agentic hallucinations.
• Create rapid POCs to explore new agent capabilities and harden successful ideas for enterprise scale.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor other engineers to shape AI development best practices.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software or ML engineering building large-scale production systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python (required).
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based systems in real-world applications.
• Experience with RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
• Ability to justify architectural tradeoffs between LLMs and traditional ML based on cost, latency, and accuracy.

Nice to have

• Experience with other programming languages such as Java or J2EE.
