What you will do

• Contribute to the development of the agentic AI platform and associated tooling.
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows to analyze market news, security data, and SEC filings.
• Create agentic AI tools and contribute to the MCP Server and MCP Gateway.
• Deploy an agent evaluation framework and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
• Improve code quality and development lifecycles, establishing best practices for the core platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in Python.
• Experience creating and integrating REST APIs, as well as event-driven and asynchronous architectures.
• Proficiency with relational (Postgres, MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, Elastic Search) databases.
• Experience with AWS cloud services, Kubernetes-driven deployments, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in New York, NY

Nice to have

• Experience developing agentic AI applications, harnesses, and MCP servers.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Experience with observability tooling such as DataDog.
