What you will do

• Design and architect scalable AI capabilities and robust systems running 24/7/365.
• Infuse AI vision into the platform using LLM, RAG, and frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Collaborate with product management and operations to define, design, and ship new features.
• Mentor other engineers and developers to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
• Develop multi-tenant SaaS applications utilizing a wide array of cloud-based technologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in building large-scale cloud-based distributed applications.
• Expertise in AI technologies including LLM models, RAG, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Java.
• Experience with microservices, container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
• English: C1 level proficiency required.
• Ability to excel in a distributed, remote team environment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with NLP libraries and tools such as spaCy, NLTK, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with model deployment frameworks like TensorFlow Serving and MLflow.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, and data warehousing solutions.
