Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories in collaboration with leadership and engineering.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap to ensure alignment with company strategy, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Lead product discovery by identifying market opportunities and creating PRDs and product specifications.
• Manage backlog prioritization and lead Agile/Scrum planning sessions.
• Analyze user feedback, support tickets, and business workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, clarifying scope, assumptions, and success criteria.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in Product Management within networking, cybersecurity, or SaaS software companies.
• Technical expertise in software development, IT networking, or cybersecurity.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, market analysis, and developing acceptance criteria.
• Must be based in the Netherlands and able to commute to the Utrecht office.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or product-related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in infrastructure or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of additional languages such as Dutch, Spanish, French, or Japanese.
