What you will do

• Manage strategic MSP partners and develop joint business plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Drive adoption of MDR and next-gen security portfolios through partner enablement and strategic data analysis.
• Support partners in qualifying and closing complex customer deals, collaborating with sales engineers and wider sales teams.
• Own the joint business review process using defined KPIs and SMART goals.
• Develop marketing plans with partners to generate high-ROI sales pipelines via lead gen campaigns and events.
• Ensure high renewal rates and motivate partner staff through certification and training enablement.

Requirements

• In-depth experience in MSP Partner Management within Central and Eastern Europe.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a partner-driven, quota-carrying role.
• Experience building and fostering key C-level and Executive relationships.
• Understanding of RMM/PSA platforms and the integration of commercial models.
• Legal authorization to work in Germany is required (no employer sponsorship provided).
• English proficiency level: B2.
