What you will do
- Develop new business opportunities within EU Agencies (e.g., HaDEA, CINEA, ECDC, ECHA) and EC-funded programs.
- Execute sales plans aligned with EC funding cycles, such as MFF, Horizon Europe, and the DIGITAL Europe Programme.
- Build and maintain trusted C-level relationships with agency operational leaders and procurement officers.
- Lead the full sales lifecycle from early qualification and need analysis to financial structuring and closure.
- Coordinate with technical experts to craft competitive RFP responses for frameworks like DIGIT-TM and FWC Cloud.
- Develop strategic account plans with accurate forecasting and structured pipeline growth for assigned agencies.
Requirements
- Higher education degree in business, management, public administration, or engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role within IT services.
- 5+ years of experience working directly with EU Agencies or EC-funded bodies, with deep knowledge of procurement and budget cycles.
- Proven customer network within EU Agencies and/or EC Directorates.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets in framework-driven environments.
- Fluency in English; French or Dutch is a strong advantage.
