What you will do

• Design and develop electrical and electronic systems, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and PCB layouts.
• Perform hands-on build activities such as panel wiring, cable assembly, soldering, and system integration.
• Conduct PCB bring-up, debugging, and functional verification activities.
• Configure PLCs and contribute to software development tasks using Python and C#.
• Assist with pneumatic system assembly and mechanical design updates using SolidWorks CAD tools.
• Provide technical support for deployed systems, including occasional international customer site visits.

Requirements

• Degree (BEng or MSc) in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong academic foundation in at least one engineering domain.
• Practical engineering experience gained through academic projects, internships, or personal work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, drawings, and datasheets.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Melbourn, UK.
