What you will do

• Lead daily operations of the test area, optimizing equipment, processes, and team for high throughput and quality.
• Execute production test plans aligned with delivery schedules and operational KPIs.
• Ensure test facility operational readiness with contingency planning and resource management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Procurement, Engineering, and Quality departments.
• Foster culture of safety, quality, accountability, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience leading teams in electronic or manufacturing environments.
• Skilled in task planning, workload management, coaching, and mentoring.
• Strong understanding of product processes and quality controls.
• Ability to manage resources to meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Degree, BTEC/NVQ in Electronics or equivalent, or experience in regulated industries like Aerospace, Defence, Medical.
