What you will do

• Design and integrate application-specific electronic and electrical solutions for complex Test Equipment Systems from concept to detailed design.
• Support the qualification and production acceptance testing of aircraft flight control systems and components.
• Perform technical reviews for electronic/electrical solutions within the hirify.global Aircraft Group.
• Prepare and release technical documentation following the Common Development Process.
• Conduct root cause investigations into test equipment system failures or component issues.
• Manage obsolescence strategies, maintenance, and spare parts provision for test systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant Electronic or Electrical subject area.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing electronic/electrical solutions for multi-axis, closed-loop, servo-hydraulic, and electromechanical test systems.
• Commercial experience in analogue and digital electronics design, specifically closed-loop control and transducer conditioning.
• BPSS security clearance is required and must be maintained.
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment for first-principles fault finding.
• Knowledge of PC operating platforms and low-level programming (C++, Visual Basic).

Nice to have

• Experience with eCAD, PCB software, LabView, DOORS, JIRA, MatLab, or SubVersion.
• Recognized qualifications in the application of Safety related Directives and Standards.
