What you will do

  • Own and expand relationships with top-tier financial institutions (banks, insurers, fintechs) for multi-year AI transformations.
  • Sell agentic AI solutions by mapping LLM capabilities to mission-critical workflows like underwriting, fraud detection, and KYC.
  • Build trusted partnerships with C-level executives (CIO, CTO, Chief AI Officer) to guide enterprise AI strategy.
  • Lead complex deal cycles, including business case development, ROI modeling, and mutual close plans.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to land technically credible pilots and production deployments.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to inform the internal product roadmap and vertical-specific agent design.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of enterprise sales experience with a significant focus on financial services.
  • Proven track record of closing multi-million dollar enterprise deals within highly regulated environments.
  • Experience selling AI/ML, data platforms, or workflow automation technologies.
  • Deep domain fluency in financial workflows such as claims, AML, and investment research.
  • Expert command of enterprise sales methodologies, account planning, and disciplined forecasting.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience specifically selling agentic AI or LLM platforms into financial services.
  • Background working with risk, compliance, or data organizations within large enterprises.
  • Familiarity with AI regulatory considerations, including model risk management and auditability.
  • Prior experience in high-growth or emerging technology environments.
