What you will do

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas by developing strategic territory plans and target prospect lists.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute plans that drive revenue growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by aligning hirify.global solutions with their IT roadmaps.
  • Qualify prospects and develop new high-value sales opportunities.
  • Conduct executive and CxO level discussions to position hirify.global's value proposition.
  • Manage the full sales process from initial engagement through to opportunity closure.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of field sales experience, with a focus on data or cloud-related technology.
  • 5+ years of experience specifically generating new business.
  • Proven track record of hitting ARR quotas of $1M+ per year.
  • Experience implementing the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Professional proficiency in Norwegian.
  • Must be based in Oslo, Norway.
