What you will do

• Lead driver set-off and route monitoring, including incident support and abandonment organization
• Manage capacity and pool performance (Plan vs Actual) and performance management
• Handle driver escalations regarding payments, reassignments, and abandonments
• Support the Ops Manager in continuous improvement of standards and operating procedures
• Maintain fleet safety, charging, roadworthiness, and hygiene

Requirements

• 2-5 years’ experience in fast-paced OTR, dispatch, or last-mile operations
• Experience in driver operations, route execution, and dispatch accuracy
• Ability to handle real-time operational pressure during peak windows
• Strong communication skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships
