What you will do

• Coordinate international shipments, including booking with carriers like DHL
• Ensure compliance with customs procedures, including Outward Processing authorisation
• Review and verify documentation, identifying discrepancies or risks
• Prepare commercial invoices, export documents, and Certificates of Origin
• Maintain accurate records for audits and support CBAM requirements from 2027
• Liaise with teams, freight forwarders, customs agents, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in international logistics or freight forwarding
• Good understanding of import/export processes and customs procedures
• Experience with shipment booking systems (e.g. DHL)
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Understanding of compliance impact in fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Outward Processing or other customs special procedures
• Familiarity with Certificates of Origin and Chamber of Commerce processes
• Understanding of UK CBAM requirements
• Experience in distribution or trading environment
