Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 yearly

What you will do

• Own overnight execution to ensure all delivery waves dispatch on time and meet deadlines.
• Build disciplined rotas to guarantee 100% route coverage every night.
• Coach drivers and hold them accountable to performance, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage fleet compliance, including daily vehicle checks and defect reporting.
• Act as the first escalation point for live delivery issues.
• Foster an inclusive, accountability-first team culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics, depot, or delivery operations.
• Strong understanding of driver operations, rota planning, and workforce stability.
• Ability to use performance dashboards and KPIs to drive outcomes.
• Experience managing fleet compliance and safety.
• Comfortable leading night operations (16:00-01:00).
• Must be based within a one-hour commute of the Lichfield hub.
