What you will do

• Lead large operational teams to deliver and exceed site KPIs.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers to create and execute improvement plans across all shifts.
• Identify and implement operational and process improvements while engaging stakeholders.
• Set departmental targets to drive productivity, quality, and process adherence.
• Optimize storage, conveyor usage, and resource deployment to maximize productivity.
• Maintain stock accuracy and ensure strict adherence to Health and Safety SOPs and risk assessments.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large teams in a fulfillment or manufacturing environment.
• Strong track record of delivering departmental and site KPIs.
• Experience coaching, developing, and engaging high-performing teams.
• Deep operational knowledge within an automated fulfillment center.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
• Data-led mindset with commercial awareness in decision making.
