What you will do

• Lead the entire bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification to submission for commercial clients.
• Develop and implement bid plans, schedules, and resource assignments to meet tight deadlines.
• Coordinate input from cross-functional teams, including technical, legal, finance, and operations.
• Organize and chair bid kick-off meetings, reviews, and executive governance gates.
• Maintain a library of reusable content and templates to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Monitor bid progress and report on blockers or resource requirements.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Law, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Bid or Proposal Manager in a technical or engineering environment.
• Proven experience working with public and private sector clients and international agencies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with SharePoint, CRM, or proposal automation tools.
• Eligibility to live and work in the EU.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
