What you will do

• Provide organizational and planning support by consolidating roadmaps and improving delivery predictability at the department level.
• Own and improve project management processes and scalable practices within the Data Office.
• Collaborate with team leads and product managers to reduce operational overhead.
• Optimize day-to-day processes for data platform and development teams.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies across projects and processes.
• Facilitate transparent communication and alignment between internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience in a tech environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-team projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Experience structuring ambiguous problems and driving initiatives from idea to delivery.
• Ability to build and evolve processes within a growing or transforming organization.
• English: Fluent (C1) written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience working with data teams (BI, DWH, DevOps, DQ).
• Experience scaling project management processes in a growing organization.
