• Enable effective governance, decision-making, and timely escalation.
• Align solution design and requirements across diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience delivering complex projects in large, international organizations.
• Proven experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or major change initiatives.
• Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP and data-driven reporting tools.
• Professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams without formal authority.
