Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in office) in Amsterdam, Netherlands

What you will do
- Deliver high-quality proposals and contract packages supporting deal conversion and order intake.
- Lead end-to-end proposal preparation, including RFP reviews, strategy definition, and coordination with Engineering, Legal, and Finance.
- Oversee contract documentation during negotiation and finalization, ensuring alignment and compliance.
- Build and mentor a regional team of specialists, managing capacity and performance.
- Drive process improvements, tool adoption, and metrics for efficiency in proposals and contracting.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8–10 years in proposal management, contracts administration, or commercial operations
- Proven experience managing proposal and contract processes in infrastructure, renewables, or technology sectors
- Demonstrated ability to lead small, high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of commercial and contractual frameworks for EPC and services projects
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and document management tools
Nice to have
- Experience with energy storage, renewables, or complex B2B infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with AI-enabled proposal automation or contract management tools
- Additional European language proficiency
