• Drive planning and execution across multiple engineering and product teams.
• Align requirements from Sales, Partnerships, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate service releases, work with Legal, and prepare deployments to new datacenters.
• Structure work, push programs forward, and manage expectations and demand signals.
• Bring clarity to launching new external services used across the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a TPM driving multi-team programs or as an engineering manager/director; SWE background is a plus.
• Strong technical foundation (cloud architecture, infra, APIs, CI/CD, service deployments).
• Experience launching services, managing cross-team work, and aligning stakeholders without formal authority.
• Ability to work with Sales, Partnerships, Legal, and Engineering to manage expectations and consolidate external demand.
• Analytical mindset, experience with planning tools, and ability to adapt processes as the organization grows.
