What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional hardware infrastructure programs across multiple workstreams.
• Translate technical requirements between hardware engineers, software developers, and site operations teams.
• Develop and maintain program plans, risk registers, and visibility dashboards for leadership.
• Drive structured planning processes including roadmap reviews, sprint planning, and milestone reviews.
• Identify and resolve blockers across GPU cluster buildouts, server integration, and network fabric deployment.
• Build durable processes to improve departmental coordination and tracking without adding unnecessary overhead.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management across hardware or infrastructure domains.
• Technical breadth in server hardware architecture, data center power and cooling, and supply chain dynamics.
• Proven track record of coordinating interdependencies across multiple functions.
• Strong structured thinking for program planning, risk surfacing, and status communication.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Prior hands-on experience in hardware engineering, data center operations, or infrastructure software.
• Familiarity with monitoring stacks, CMDB/asset management systems (e.g., Netbox), or DCIM platforms.
• Experience with large-scale GPU or HPC infrastructure deployments.
• Background managing ODM/OEM or contract manufacturing relationships.
