Salary: $223,550 - $289,300 (OTE)

What you will do
- Develop a deep understanding of mid-market customer strategies and connect them to 's unified platform.
- Act as a trusted advisor to guide customers through data infrastructure decisions aligned with business outcomes.
- Identify whitespace opportunities, including VMware displacement and cloud optimization.
- Manage high-volume deal environments using MEDDICC-aligned qualification to maximize win rates.
- Orchestrate pursuit teams including Inside Sales Representatives, partners, and specialists.
- Leverage the partner ecosystem to extend reach and accelerate deal velocity.
Requirements
- Understanding of hybrid cloud architectures, data platforms, and consumption economics.
- Ability to translate technology decisions into business impact for IT and Finance leaders.
- Strong hunting mentality and experience in high-velocity territory management.
- Proficiency in building ROI and TCO models for mid-market executives.
- Crisp, persona-driven communication and storytelling skills.
- Must be based in Arkansas, Louisiana, or Mississippi.
