Mid-Market Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth by converting prospective mid-market customers into long-term users of a sales performance management platform with an accent on strategic prospecting and complex deal closing. Focus on managing the full sales cycle using MEDDPICC, conducting executive-level demos for CFOs and CROs, and building a high-quality pipeline.
Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX (in-office 3 days per week)
Salary: $185,000 – $220,000 (OTE)

What you will do
- Identify, manage, and close new business opportunities from lead to deal.
- Strategically prospect via outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to engage target accounts.
- Lead compelling product demos highlighting value and addressing customer pain points.
- Manage a strong pipeline using the MEDDPICC methodology.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive revenue.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to effectively position the platform against competitors.
Requirements
- 2-6 years of closing SaaS sales experience as an Account Executive.
- Proven track record selling to Mid-Market organizations (300-3,000 employees).
- Expertise in MEDDPICC and delivering executive-level sales demos.
- History of self-sourcing pipeline and consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Must reside near Austin, TX for hybrid work (3 days/week in-office).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to pipeline management.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to sales, finance, or commission leaders.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, or Outreach.
- Previous background as a Business Development Representative (BDR).
- Experience collaborating with Solutions Engineers in the sales process.
