What you will do

• Manage the global SQF operation to ensure efficiency and alignment with affiliate, client, and accreditation body expectations.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies and go-to-market (GTM) guidance to drive product growth in key regions.
• Lead and motivate the Global SQF team across multiple locations, overseeing performance reviews and recruitment.
• Act as the global technical expert for SQF, maintaining regulatory knowledge and ensuring all accreditations are safeguarded.
• Monitor internal and external KPIs to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Safe Food Quality Institute (SQFI) and other global food scheme managers to identify synergies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the East Coast States, United States.
• University degree in a technical subject (Food or other relevant scientific disciplines).
• Minimum 5 years of quality assurance and auditing experience, preferably within a certification body.
• Extensive knowledge of the SQF certification business and food safety regulations.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with AI-powered productivity tools like Copilot 365.
