Salary: USD $140,400.00 - $372,300.00 / Yr

What you will do

  • Define and drive hirify.global’s core productivity platform and scaling strategy.
  • Identify and prioritize developer needs through customer engagement, feedback, and market trends.
  • Shape the roadmap that enables AI agents to interact with hirify.global at scale.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and provide thought leadership across hirify.global and Microsoft.
  • Analyze data for trends and potential customer pain points to inform product improvements.
  • Lead growth experiments and adoption campaigns to validate product direction.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 8+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management, software development, or product design.
  • Deep understanding of developer tools and workflows.
  • Experience building APIs at scale.
  • Proven track record of delivering product roadmap and status updates to executive leadership.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management or related disciplines.
  • Proven success partnering with Engineering, Finance, Billing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries on complex technical problems.
