What you will do

• Advance the Denials Prevention strategy using predictive analytics and operational excellence.
• Partner across Revenue Cycle, Clinical, and Payer Relations to identify denial risks early.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights to drive sustainable process improvements.
• Provide direction and management to professional and supervisory staff within the Revenue Cycle.
• Establish KPIs to effectively manage staff performance and operational outcomes.
• Act as a facilitator for process improvement and a catalyst for implementing new ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, Finance, or Fraud/Risk Management (Masters preferred).
• 10 years of specified experience, including at least 5 years of general leadership experience managing people and projects.
• Must be authorized to work and remain in the United States without necessity for sponsorship now or in the future.
• Demonstrated analytical experience and strong project management and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial and information technology, and business planning.
• Experience making and implementing decisions in a complex, consensus-oriented environment.
