Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 + Equity

hirify.global is an AI-driven healthcare company simplifying the healthcare experience for providers and administrators through clinical documentation and revenue cycle management solutions.

What you will do

  • Execute all U.S. payroll runs (weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly) with zero-tolerance for errors or delays.
  • Manage and mentor a direct report, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws, particularly regarding California labor regulations.
  • Partner with People, Finance, and Legal teams to streamline onboarding, offboarding, and compensation workflows.
  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of a new global HRIS and payroll management platform.
  • Collaborate with Accounting and FP&A on journal entries, account reconciliations, and headcount forecasting.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, preferably in a high-growth, mid-stage startup.
  • Proven experience managing multi-state and multi-national payroll operations.
  • Deep, practical knowledge of California labor laws, including wage and hour and final pay rules.
  • Experience managing or mentoring direct reports in a payroll or HR operations context.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proficiency in Rippling is preferred; experience with NetSuite is a plus.

  • Experience leading or significantly contributing to an HRIS or payroll platform implementation.
