Salary: $130,000 - $160,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-range 3-statement financial forecast models, scenario analyses, and valuation frameworks.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly performance reporting across the organization.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and financial scorecards aligned with value-based care performance drivers.
• Partner with executive leadership and PE sponsors on strategic materials and capital market activities.
• Manage and coach a team of analysts, establishing best-practice processes for modeling and reporting.
• Perform ROI analyses for operational investments, clinical programs, and technology initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting.
• At least 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills (3-statement, dynamic forecasting, cohort analysis) and PowerPoint skills.
• Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights for senior executive presentations.
